I love the couch! The cushions are very comfortable, and the arms are quite high so you can lean back against them if you want to life across the couch. My couch arrived damaged, but they are sending me a new one, which I greatly appreciate! Just received my couch today! Just what I was looking for as far as color and firmness. It is a firmer couch, which is what we wanted.
