All the reviews are accurate in that this is the softest, coziest couch. I literally have guests who fall asleep on it constantly because it's so soft. While I gave this 4 stars because my #1 priority in a couch was comfort, I do feel obliged to share that this couch is not for everyone. If you're the type that likes really firm mattresses, this couch is definitely not for you. My boyfriend actually hates it for two specific reasons: (1) Not the Best Looking Couch: because it's so soft and marshmallowy, obviously the couch design is not very structured or stiff and therefore looks less sophisticated. The charcoal color is also a bit dark for our boho chic living room, but we jazzed it up by swopping the covers on two of the pillows (the covers unzip fyi). (2) Requires Constant Readjusting: the couch gets pretty sloppy after you hang out on it, so you constantly have to reposition the pillows and seats so that they stay upright. Also, as other folks have mentioned, the divide between the two seat cushions definitely dips and sinks. This doesn't bug me but my boyfriend gets annoyed. Nice sectional and ottoman with firm, supportive cushions, and plush polyester velour upholstery. Factory error (misplaced metal connector between couch and lounge sections) was easily fixed on the spot by the delivery/install guys, who were efficient, respectful, and friendly. I bought this in the blue and couldn't be more happy! I was VERY nervous about ordering a sofa online. I worked in the furniture industry and didn't want to pay retail prices yet wanted a comfortable, quality product. This is a decent price point for value and design after much research. The color is 100% accurate (stone blue wash-like) as well as the texture. It's firmer meaning if you are "plopper" like me, it doesn't bounce back. That said, it's extremely comfortable. My dog and I nest every night on the chaise and I've napped and had overnight guests on the sofa portion. Sleepable! It's also durable. I put a throw on the chaise for my dog (removed for the photos) yet any pet hair or 'pet life living' is easily wiped off. The couch is ok comfortable wise, it is a bit firm, which I like. However I wish the back cushions were a bit firmer. It's a good couch, but it won't my favorite. However the sectional seat is the best seat on the couch. The Seat cushion does stick out a good amount from the base. If you are a stickler for details, it may bother you. Was very happy with my choice initially. Quick delivery, brought inside on a second floor apartment, and it arrived in one box. The quality of the couch however is really not worth the price (Black Friday Discount 1000). Pros: The top material of the couch is like a courderoy material. It holds up well to cat scratches, cat hair, and cat chases. Despite the wrong color, it still matches my decor and the chaise section is very comfortable with pillows added. The legs look good and it's high enough off the ground for my robot vaccum, which is what I intended. Cons: The color is not cream as stated, but more of a sand/tan color. The underneath and back of the couch are made with a super cheap and flimsy black crepe material. It rips very very easily. My cats found the first tear, and now both are in shreds. Installation was another con. It sounds easy, just installing the feet. NOPE. NONE OF THE HOLES WERE PREDRILLED. NONE. They were marked with little white dots and then it took a lot of work with a power drill to make each of the holes ( four per foot, 6 feet, plus five for each of the four plates the ottoman part attaches to). I also had to tighten each screw with a screwdriver because of the angles of the feet. I hurt my neck and shoulder drilling all these holes.
