No complaints. I ordered 2 of the Dover Crescent White Linen Blend color. The color and size was exactly as listed. The channeling and fabric shade was identical on both chairs. I was very skeptical about buying a piece of furniture online, since both the comfort and the color were incredibly important to me. But after searching high and low for something that fit our space in the right color, that wouldn’t take forever to come, I came across this chair and decided to give it a try. I was totally prepared to return it if I didn’t like the color or the way it felt. But it turned out to be perfect to meet our needs! The brown color looks very much like the photo, the fabric feels nice, and the chair is comfortable to sit in. We liked it so much that we immediately placed an order for a second chair, so we now have two of them for our living room and they look great together! The first chair arrived in about 6 days (it was slightly delayed) and the second chair arrived in 3 days—way better than the 4 MONTHS we were being told at other stores for other chairs we considered. The chairs took about 30 minutes to assemble and my husband said it was pretty easy to do. Very happy with this purchase!. Michele. Austin. Sun Sep 27 2026
