So happy with this dresser. Solid hardwood, extremely sturdy and extremely heavy. If you’re a single female homeowner like me be prepared: with Covid delivery people aren’t entering houses and this thing comes as one solid piece, the only assembly is screwing on the feet and cross bar. Took a gamble because there were no reviews. Its a nice, heavy dresser. It seems like it will hold up well and the surface seems fairly resistant to scratches. However, I expected a bit of a different color for walnut - its much more of a dark brown in person. So I am posting this review because I relied on so many others when I purchased this dresser. It came well packaged. No damage what so ever. Easy assembly of just putting on the legs. I downloaded the instructions just so I would know the order of the washers. It's a beautiful piece. I have 2 night stands I bought from All Modern and although it seemed like they were from a different manufacturer I think they are identical smaller versions of the dresser. A bonus! Very glad we opted for the "white glove" delivery service. At unboxing/assembly, the team noticed a defect on one of the two dressers and advised me to refuse delivery. AllModern's customer service was super helpful and a replacement was delivered about two weeks later. As for the quality of the dressers, they rate a "B"... Dresser looks nice, and is very similar to the pictures on the listing but it came with semi deep scratches all over it on the outside and the felt inside of one of the drawers had a small gash in it as well. The brand of dresser that I got is also different than the brand it claims to be. It is advertised as being Winhall brand but I was sent a dresser with the brand name of safavieh couture. Other than it being the wrong brand it has a different leg construction underneath the dresser as well, and I only know that because the assembly instructions, pictures, and materials listed in the item details on the app are very different from the instructions and materials I actually recieved. I tried to reach out to customer service about all of this the day it was delivered but other than the automated email was the only response I received after emailing them 4 separate times over the course of a week..
