Plush seat and back cushions layer a foam core with feather-and-fiber wrap, plus six toss cushions for extra support. Underneath, S-spring suspension and a plywood frame keep the sit buoyant. The sofa and bookshelf come together to create an artful display of form and function. Solid wood makes for a dazzling surround while serving as a chic spot to show off your ephemera or rest your martini. A genteel bolster provides ample support and a pleasing vintage vibe without the online auction. Our initial intent with Souvenir was to design a sofa where the warmth of wood played a central role. We envisioned a simple box that showcased plenty of gorgeous wood grain that contained soft upholstered cushions. We chose to feature a large bolster as the back cushion because of the playful interaction between elemental shapes, liking the way the circular form played off the rectilinear frame. In early versions, we had a small wooden ledge behind the back cushion. We realized that by extending that ledge we could create a bookcase at the rear of the sofa while also providing a generous table surface behind the sofa for lamps, vases, or other interesting objects. Souvenir is a great example of how continued design exploration can yield unique functional combinations not previously ever considered.

Overall, satisfied with the sofa. Exactly how it looked in the picture. Feels sturdy. Cushion is a little too firm but I understand it’ll take a few weeks to break it in (hopefully). The back height behind the cushion could be a little higher to provide more support. The back cushions are also firm enough to keep the shape better than other sofas we’ve tried, although still needs fluffing from time to time to maintain tailored look.. Chris. Austin, TX. Wed Aug 05 2026

This is nicer than I expected. It looked like it would be a little more gray on the whole sofa pictures, but the picture that showed a close up of the fabric is a lot closer to the actual color. It seems great, and we're hoping it holds up well!. Anonymous. Mon Aug 31 2026

Four years we've had this sofa, 3 dogs, 2 people, and a cat sized family. It's amazing. The most comfy no, so it's been in our snug, and now in our dining room, it isn't a TV movie kinda sofa, not something for illness or recovery but have taken a nap on it nonetheless. So more formal but relaxed.. Shad. North Plainfield, NJ. Fri Dec 27 2024

This upholstered sofa brings a modern look to your space with its modular design and soft chenille fabric. The deep seats and wide arms offer plenty of room to lounge, while the foam fill provides supportive comfort. Each piece connects easily, allowing you to create a layout that fits your home. This piece features removable back cushions for easy maintenance. Plus, the finished back makes it easy to place anywhere.

Overall happy with the couch. Very deep. I don't think it will end up looking frumpy, so points for that. The reason I went down to 4 stars is the specs didn't state that it had down filling, but the cushions have some down, which means you occasionally have feathers poking out. Also the fabric isn't what I would consider a standard chenille, it looks like it has pilled but it's just the texture, not quite scratchy but not smooth.. Melissa. Wisconsin. Wed Sep 24 2025

LOVE LOVE LOVE this beautiful couch! It is so soft and the blue is perfect - exactly what I wanted when I moved, and such a good price! I've been sitting on it for a week (even slept the whole night on it once) and I haven't seen any sagging. If any happens, it would be very easy to fluff these cushions and move them around, too. Delivery was easy and they brought the box up my stairs. Assembly is SO EASY, you just unpack it and screw in the legs. Highly recommend.. Liliana. Colorado Springs, CO. Sun Mar 24 2019
