The delivery service was exceptional, the gentlemen attached the legs and placed the sideboard where I wanted it. They were respectful of my home , were friendly, polite, and efficient. The piece came well packaged to prevent damage during shipping. They removed all of the packaging materials. I would definitely recommend this sideboard. This piece is perfect! I recently downsized to an apartment from my house of 27 yrs and needed lots of storage. Its beautiful and super sturdy! It was very well packaged in styrofoam and wood crate. I read in some reviews that they had to put on the legs themselves but mine was completely assembled. I paid a small extra fee to have it delivered to the room of my choice.
