This table is pretty great although it stains very easily, almost like there is no sealer on it. The other negative is we kept having problems with Wayfair sending us the right one. This was for a cabin so each time it was a wrong order, it was another drive that was wasted. Wayfair really didn't do much to compensate. Table looks lovely. Amount of time it took to be delivered based on statements when purchased was an issue. Site said 1-2 weeks, took 3+ months. But overall really like the table so far - modern, clean style without being too of the moment to go out of style soon. Company needs to do a much better job estimating delivery dates. I would hesitate before ordering from them again for this reason. The table is beautiful. It took me a couple of hours to get used to it, as our previous table was dark brown and more uniform color. I love the color of this table, but beware that the wood knots show more due to light color. I suppose they give it additional charm, though I expected to have less knots visible. The legs of the table are very unique and stylish. Our chairs tuck in just nicely on the sides, but they don't tuck in all the way at the head of the table as the legs of chairs bump into the legs of table. It doesn't bother us, but we probably won't keep the chairs at the head sides of table all the time. Also, when you sit on the head of the table, the space for legs is limited. If you push yourself in all the way, you won't be able to spread your legs, but this is not a big deal if you don't sit there often. I was concerned that the table would stain easily, but I tested it immediately upon delivery. The fluid beads up on top of it, so there is definitely a good protective coating on it. This table is really a quality piece. It’s sturdy and has a rich, even stain. Assembly was very easy and everything lined up perfectly. Aside from the beauty of the table, there is really no good way to place chairs. The leg placement on the table prevents you from pushing the chairs all the way in. I included a picture of this and you’ll notice the manufacturer’s pictures do not have the chairs pushed in either (because it’s not possible). I did not notice this or consider this when ordering. Because of my limited space, I removed 2 of my 4 chairs to make it look like it makes sense. Blu Dot knocked it out of the park with this table. The walnut finish looks great, modern, and sophisticated. The overall dimensions of the table are well-thought-out and should work well for seating 6 people comfortably. We purchased the shorter version of this table, so if you're thinking about fitting 8 people at the table, you should definitely consider the longer version. Also, we paid for the delivery team to unpack and assemble the legs for the table, so, unfortunately, I cannot comment on the assembly instructions.
