Arrived in great condition. Easy to install, one screw hole definitely required a little more muscle. The upholstery is of fine quality, clean lines no issues here. But I bought the stool for the legs, the frame is just beautiful and looks great at my counter. At some point I'll reupholster to give the chairs a bit more pizzazz. Overall I love the chair. The swivel is not too "loose" which means that the seat stays put when you're getting in and out. The seat swivels with just the right amount of effort and the base does not extend past the seat when turned, so no uncomfortable pokes to the legs.
