4 stars for two reasons, I was sent the wrong chair color, was supposed to be cream. However, I’m very pleased with the gray. The second reason is the chair was very difficult to assemble because one of the holes underneath the back cushion was too deep and the screw is stripped, so I have to go get a new one before I can put it in its final resting place.
