Overall happy with the couch. Very deep. I don't think it will end up looking frumpy, so points for that. The reason I went down to 4 stars is the specs didn't state that it had down filling, but the cushions have some down, which means you occasionally have feathers poking out. This is a great sofa. We got the navy blue colored one. They delivered each section individually packaged and the only pieces that needed assembly were the feet. The cushions are thick and extremely comfortable to sit on. Each section is much wider than we had expected but that was a pleasant surprise. The fabric is perfect not to soft and not too harsh or scratchy to sit on. Its very well constructed and seems like it's going to be quite durable.
