I ordered two chairs and one came broken with a broken leg. I had to request a new one and that also came broken with a broken leg..I then submitted for a new one and that had.a broken cushion. The customer service person said that I could use Velcro to fix it and I said that wouldn't work and is unacceptable. I finally got my third replacement chair correct a month later. This was an awful experience for the amount of money these were. Also, they were slow to ship and packed them poorly and didn't do decent quality control on them.
