Wanted to love but these are NOT 33” height as advertised. Too short for our family and need to be dismantled and returned— and now AllModern is trying to charge $70 in return fees for the 4 chairs. Unacceptable

This is the perfect chair for my new loft-like ADU (Accessory Dwelling Unit). They will go with my 40-year-old butcher block table, brick wall and concrete floors. They have just enough "give" to make them very comfortable, plus being able to fit under the table will help maintain some open space. Your customer service is superb!
