Surely missed the mark. UnfortunateIy discarded the packing materials and box .]This is truly the most uncomfortable chair ever designed and should not be sold to anyone. Have purchased many things from Wayfair, but will never use this company or their suppliers again. A big disappointment. C. Chamlin

The four chairs arrived very securely packed and in perfect condition. The chair design is exactly as expected, and the chairs are sturdy and well built. The beige colored fabric has a nice pattern and feel to it and will wear well. I would have preferred a little more padding in the seat and back of each chair, but otherwise they are comfortable and fit gracefully around the dining table. I have purchased other items this past year, and they are also very well made and comfortable, too. I feel that this company is using furniture manufacturers that are dedicated to making quality products. I haven’t had a problem with any item that I have purchased.
