Taryn 20" Block End Table

Great table! And absolutely zero set up! I just took it out of the box, and presto!

This table looks great, the natural wood adds warmth to the room. It came so fast. The size is perfect!

Right out of the description: "Crafted with solid oak.” It’s not. It’s MDF with applied veneer. Oddly, the recessed kick panel is indeed made of solid oak boards - that’s probably how they can technically get away with saying “crafted WITH (not OF) solid oak.” A semantic misdirection. I really hate that kind of marketing. Also out of the description (as well as in the pictures): “The wood showcases flowing organic graining + rustic knots.” It doesn’t. It is a plain vanilla mix of orderly alternating quarter-sawn and flat cut veneer strips. Not rustic at all. Not a knot in sight. It looks way better in the pictures. It is misrepresented, both in picture and text. And this is personal opinion only - I don’t like the color - it is a strange caramel-y, greenish color that I’ve not seen in the natural wood world. I should have ordered the Natural color (I ordered Light Brown). I know better than to trust color from a computer screen, but it does look like a normal wood color in the online pictures. Not worth sending back, but fairly disappointed.

It was exactly what I expected. It's heavy and appears to be constructed well. Good value and style for the money.

Nice table for the price. Looks great in our office lobby.
