Sigma Modular Upholstered Reversible L-Sectional

The sofa is pretty good quality. Good design, cute style. The service however, has been less than impressive. I ordered two sofas one arrived, and the other did not arrive by the delivery date, nor did I get any communication on the other sofa. Two days after it was supposed to have arrived, I called Wayfair, they said there’s no indication of what was going on and they’d have somebody contact me within two days. Then I got an email immediately after the conversation saying that they would contact me within 10 days! As a design professional it’s unlikely that I’ll be using Wayfair again to source materials. Unacceptable service.

This couch is extremely uncomfortable and the strings that you use to attach the pillows to the couch don’t have enough give to connect to one another

I didn’t zoom in enough to see there are cheap ribbons and hooks that keep the arm rest/back rest/and seats together. There are also no provided hooks to keep the entire couch together so when you sit each piece moves. Sure it’s cute if but it’s not functional IMO. I regret this purchase. I also purchased the set up which is a separate company and I didn’t realize that until I got home and all the packages were there with no phone call or setup. I had to reschedule and wait a few days. All around disappointed.

Not going to lie.... I did not look closely enough. Look at the end piece where you put your arm... the cushions connect in a funky way. I will say it's comfy but... weird.

Love the sofa, don't love how hard it is to clip the bolsters in place....
