Beautiful chair. It's very comfortable with the lumbar pillow, and has a nice smooth glide. The recline is gentle and quiet. However, the power recline stopped working at one point while fully extended, and I was only able to get it working again by unplugging and plugging it back in. It has worked normally since, but definitely freaked me out, given I've only had the chair for about a month.
