Raenada 2 - Drawer Nightstand

We received the products we ordered from you, and we are very pleased with all of them except for the chest of drawers, which arrived damaged. The wooden dowels had separated from their joints, and the drawer slides were bent. In addition, the brace intended to secure the dowels was missing screws, which we believe was the primary cause of the damage during shipping. My husband was able to reassemble the unit; however, the drawer rails remain crooked, causing the drawers to sit out of alignment and not open and close properly. Unfortunately, I had to cut the chest of drawers out of its packaging, so I no longer have the original packing materials available for return shipment. Please let us know how you propose to resolve this situation.

I ordered this item, then read reviews about the poor quality. I used the chat function to cancel it. Chat CONFIRMED it was cancelled (I have a screenshot as they refused to email the transcript) - and then it shipped anyway in two HUGE boxes. I have to pay $66 to ship them back AND I cannot open or close my front door due to the size - for four more days. I am DONE ordering from All Modern. Never again.

It’s not the kind of quality I expected. The handles on the drawers are cockeyed and there is an excess of glue showing in both handles. I expected more from this store.

Looks pretty but the drawers hardly open. We ordered two. One of them arrived in good shape but the other was defective. The sliding rail was completely broken. After waiting 48 hours to hear back from the manufacturer we’re now we’re having to jump thru all the hoops to get this defective one repackaged, scheduled with fed ex & shipped before we get one that’s in working condition. Save your time & money!

Absolutely cheap trash. I should have known better that Corrigan Studio® would be the same cheap stuff you get from Wayfair. The drawers dont close properly and it is junk. I got a great sale price but am returning because it looks terrible. What a disappointment.
