4 stars: Love the style of this piece (it's really hard to find a high quality, tray-top storage ottoman these days), and these felt super sturdy. I appreciated the next-day delivery for both ottomans that I ordered. -1 star: The tray-top lid is VERY hard to remove; I had to use the back-end of a spoon to pry the lid off. The tray itself looked great, though! I also think that the original $199 price is too expensive for what you get. I ended up returning both ottomans because the color of the green upholstery was just too blue-toned to go with my space -- no one's fault, just the luck of the draw! The return cost was about 1/7 the total cost of the ottomans. If you're on the fence about colors, I would trust how it looks in the photos of the whole ottoman, rather than the little swatch icon that you use to select the color.. Madison. The Midwest.
