This fits perfectly into a corner of my bedroom. It was put together in minutes by three marvelous delivery men . I was told there’s no charge for the installation which means I will be ordering many more items from you!!

Perfect. Box was a little beat up on one end (presumably an issue with handlers, not product), but shelves were carefully and securely packaged and just as pictured. Incredibly easy assembly; looks great in my home office. Would purchase this brand of shelving again.

I was sent an incomplete order!! For the high price of the shelf I ordered, my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and regretful thus far. I can best characterize the delivery process as aggressive and non-customer friendly. I was texted and advised to log in to the site to indicate whether the delivery window would work for me, and advised that I could request a different time. I was not able to log in and was then basically told “this is your time,” which of course, was NOT a specific time but a 5-hour window in the middle of a work day that is never convenient. I was not exactly thrilled to find that my delivery was missing two of the six shelves! Additionally, the “concrete” finish is clearly and instantly recognizable to be a cheap laminate that is worn away at the edges before even setting the thing up. For the hassle of the professional delivery and the HIGH price, I would have thought that the packaging would be better. Very angry about all of this.
