Chair felt of fair quaility. They are wide and feel comfortable. I ultimately returned due to wanting something more substantial as far as quality build. These were fairly easy to put together but prefer chairs that are fully assembled out of the box.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with AllModern, and I feel compelled to share it. The order took nearly a month to arrive, with no updates or communication about the delay. We purchased this item on 11/19, intending to use it for Thanksgiving, but it didn’t arrive until 12/3—far too late to be of any use. When the product finally arrived, it was a complete letdown. The legs of the dining chairs were covered in heavy rust, which is unacceptable for a product that’s supposed to be new. It seems like these chairs sat in storage for years before being shipped. The build quality was also disappointing, especially considering the $450 price tag. I expected much better craftsmanship for this price point. Adding to the frustration, customer service was no help. Responses took an average of five minutes per message, and I kept getting the same repetitive questions, as though I were talking to a bot. It felt like they were deliberately slow, making the process unnecessarily exhausting. To make matters worse, I’m now concerned they’ll charge me a $50 return fee, which they’ve tried to do before with a previous rug order. Overall, the product quality, delivery experience, and customer service have all been terrible. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when shopping with AllModern. This experience has been a huge disappointment, and I’ll think twice before ordering from them again.

Beautiful design, wonderfully comfortable, and sleek. Couldn’t be more pleased with my purchase. They have really changed the space for us!
