As fall turned to winter and it got drier out, my less than 3 month old, barely used chair started showing a crack that will definitely grow with use, inevitably rendering the stool unusable and unsafe to use over time. The manufacturer has mixed quality. I'm past the 30 day window, customer service tried to help only after escalating. Then, they cancelled sending the replacement stool because the supplier refused to help. Save yourself the headache, don't buy this piece of furniture.
