As fall turned to winter and it got drier out, my less than 3 month old, barely used chair started showing a crack that will definitely grow with use, inevitably rendering the stool unusable and unsafe to use over time. The manufacturer has mixed quality. I'm past the 30 day window, customer service tried to help only after escalating. Then, they cancelled sending the replacement stool because the supplier refused to help. Save yourself the headache, don't buy this piece of furniture.

Seat was poorly assembled with one of the wood joints offset by an 1/8", which is more than enough to cut clothes and scratch skin. The return and refund process was even worse as it required being contacted by the manufacturer who first had to approve the refund before returning. It turned what should have been an immediate process into multiple days. Not buying from AllModern or Wayfair again.
