Beautiful bed frame, very soft texture, great color, looks exactly as pictured. Delivery time was timely, respectful and quick to setup the frame without any issues. Only feedback regarding frame is that slats should be about 2” apart for supporting a mattress without a box spring - these are more like 4” apart, so we will have to add slats or get a low box spring base. Beautiful bed frame. Extremely sturdy. Wonderful smell (I didn’t know that was a thing).It didn’t have holes to screw the slats into the frame and it was missing one of the instructions pages. If you don't have experience with fasteners, tools and following assembly instructions, then you should probably hire someone else to do it for you instead of attempting it, failing, then claiming it's "too complicated.". The platform bed is very nice and strong. The white glove service that comes with it is great, all I had to do is open the door and let them in. The 4 stars and not 5 is because the head board is a bit flimsy and I did not like how the mattress fits inside the frame instead of flush on top. Very difficult to put sheets on a very mattress.
