Please don’t buy this. We should have sent it back immediately. We were enticed by an extra discount. The couch is the most uncomfortable and poorly made piece of furniture. We have spent a small fortune trying to buy aftermarket support pieces. The cushions have no support. Additionally in less than a year you feel the frame through the cushions. Please don’t but this.

unzipped cover once and zipper broke. Now cant get it back on and have half a couch with no cover. actually horrible quality.

I have had this couch for 3 years. My friends have all been obsessed with it and it's a known thing that everybody loves my couch. It's extremely soft, cozy, you'll really get lost in it lol. However, it sits EXTREMELY low to the ground and over time, it definitely looks and feels used. Probably after just a year, I was like dang, it's starting to look a little mushy. It still fulfilled its purpose nonetheless but it is not as easy to clean as you would think. After 3 years, (which I assume around 3-4 you should be getting a new couch anyway) it's looking so dingy I cannot even stand the sight of it lol. BUT, the reason I am writing the review is to let people know, when i purchased this couch it was 1700, in 2021. I am certainly positive they've made no changes or adjustments to it to increase longevity, therefore, I do not at all believe it's worth the price they have it at now. I know the economy is different now than it was in 2021 but there are WAY better couches out there for 2300. I wouldn't have paid that for a couch this size, which is why I bought it, because it's fairly smaller than your normal sectional. The pictures I'm providing are recent, and after a good cleaning of the couch, but clearly you can see it's a little lumpy and has lost its shape!

Couch arrived with a large dip in the back of one of the pieces. I’m light but an average sized person sinks almost to the ground despite the thickness of the cushion. I contacted customer service and they want me to pay $400 or about 20% of the cost of the item to return it even though it arrived defective. Very frustrated with this.

The size , the comfort, the price, I just love everything about this sectional!!! Delivery was fast and efficient, they respect the time window they provide for delivery. I would 100% buy again! Also and very important note about the chaise is you can change directions any given time if you want the chaise to the right or to the left. WHICH I LOVE . Im the type of person who's always moving things around in my house !
