I really love this desk...it’s exactly what I was looking for in terms of design, size, and functionality. Unfortunately, my experience with shipping packaging has been frustrating, which is why I’m giving it three stars.
The desk arrived damaged twice. The first one had significant damage to the corners, with noticeable dents and chips that made it unusable. I reached out to customer service, and they were quick to offer a replacement, so I decided to give it another try. The second desk arrived less damaged but still had some scuffing and minor corner dents. While it wasn’t perfect, I chose to keep it this time because I really love the desk and didn’t want to go through the hassle of returning it again.
While I’m happy with the desk itself, I believe the company needs to reconsider its packaging or shipping service. The corners seem to be particularly vulnerable during transit, and the current packaging doesn’t offer enough protection. I’d recommend the company look into better materials or possibly a more careful shipping method to prevent further damage.
If you’re willing to take the risk, the desk is fantastic. It looks great once set up, and I’m pleased with its overall quality. Just be aware that the shipping process may not be as smooth as you'd hope, and you might have to deal with some damage upon arrival.
