We purchased 2 sets (4 chairs) of the light gray blend. My wife and I opened the first box, pulled one chair out and immediately looked at each other and said, 'these look purple'. Needless to say, they had to go back. Our first call to customer service resulted in the rep telling us they would be charging us $86+ to return these since there was nothing wrong and we just didn't like the color. After some additional conversation, (basically me stating, there is something wrong when the photos and color description doesn't match the product), she asked me to submit a photo, which I did. Several days later, and after no response or follow up, I called back. The representative this time was actively engaged, listened, and took ownership in reviewing this matter. She stated she reviewed the product description and product photos. She also reviewed the photo we sent in and said, oh my gosh, they do have a purple color. She immediately sent us return shipping labels at no charge and we received a full refund. While this situation has earned the product a 1 star rating, I give the second representative, and her superior customer service a strong 5 rating. I've truly believe, things happen, how one takes care of the situation is really what makes the difference. Our second representative did exactly that. She took care of the situation and made a difference.

These chairs work perfectly with our Lumini table. Super easy to assemble. Comfortable for meals, game night, or as an alternative work space.

Very easy to assemble - legs just attached with screws and nuts. They are really comfortable and I can’t wait to see them with my new table which is on its way!

They look amazing with our new table and very affordable compared to most other sites. Love how easy they were to put together and the quality is great as well. Would totally recommend if you want nice chairs that don’t cost an arm and a leg (especially considering furniture prices these days)

These chairs are super cute and easy to put together. Glad I purchased them. Have barely used them so far, so can’t say how they will hold up, but love them so far.

Overall happy with the purchase! Easy to put together. Quality seems pretty good, with the exception of one chair that arrived slightly damaged. Customer service remedied this easily and in fact sent us two new chairs for free. The color is slightly more orangey than I would like, but I knew that when I was buying it. GREAT price for the chairs.

Comfortable, legs have protective ends to prevent scratches on hardwood. Just purchased. Will revisit after we see how they wear.
