Kendall 46" Terrazzo Pedestal Dining Table

Been looking for a real wood table (not mdf) with solid countertop. This is a very elegant solid made table. There are 3 metal parts where the countertop screws into and one is dented so we did not install the top yet because it is heavy and may wobble. The countertop needs to be sealed, or order a thick pvc table covering. Attached are photos of one of the metal part that is dented and one that is not. It is also higher than normal table height. It is 31 inches not 30. Thought it won't make that big a difference but it does. This table may not be ideal for younger kids, unless you have higher seated chairs. AllModern was very responsive and was going to send a replacement part but a month later was told it was not happening and can exchange or return the whole table.

Table looks very nice but is 31” high which is about 1” above standard table height, enough to make it slightly uncomfortable. Also one of the 6 mounting hoes was filled with epoxy so we have only 5 screws installed. Followup: The website spec says 30" high when it is actually 31". IMPORTANT: This terrazzo top, according to manufacturer, is NOT sealed and must be sealed using a marble/stone sealer to prevent staining. There are no terrazzo care instructions in the box and NOT NOTICE that the top has NOT been sealed. This is a major oversight that must be corrected by AllModern.

Amazing quality, very heavy and solid. However, the top arrived with multiple cracks across the top. I'll be returning it.

This table is gorgeous and we’re enjoy dining on it and frankly just gazing at the lovely terrazzo colors. We did notice recently that while the top’s center is level the edges are slightly raised. Both the base and the stone top are quite heavy and require at least two people to maneuver.

This table is beautiful! The base is well make and sturdy. The table top at 46” is wide enough to fit your legs underneath with complete comfort. Only a slight hesitation in the height of the table which comes in at just about an nice higher than customary. Make sure your chairs are the tall enough at seat height to accommodate this slightly tall table.
