Do not order a large furniture item from All Modern! The wrong bed arrived and customer service has been absolutely terrible. I reached out immediately with clear information and photos and was told this had to be resolved by the manufacturer. I have contacted customer service now four separate times with no resolution, action or urgency to get me the item I ordered and paid for. I encourage other customers to look for the same item elsewhere to purchase from a vendor with the level of customer service required for large, high value items.
