It is beautiful! The package was a little beat up on the outside but it was securely packaged on the inside with an extra layer of cardboard and plastic so no damage. Leather and stitching is really nice. Ottoman is very firm. The cognac color is exactly as pictured.

Not what I wanted in the beginning but I do love this ottoman. Well made and nice color. Only downside is that I honestly would have liked a leather bottom but I can except things for how they are!

The item was sent with a defect in the leather. I am trying to get the item replaced. So far the response has been slow. 500 and a quarter of the surface looks significantly different than the rest of the item. I hope they do right by me. If it was not defective it would be a nice item.
