Beautiful… I’m really happy with the bed. But unfortunately they send me the wrong one. The headboard it’s not high enough as the one I saw at the store. I Went to the store today. Now they are working on it.

Love the bed! It’s beautiful but the platform portion of the bed was missing the hardware. they are sending a new one but it will take an additional 3 weeks! After waiting for 5 weeks for it.

It’s very nice but I would recommend a box spring, otherwise it’s very difficult to change the sheets. The material in the headboard is beautiful.

The bed is beautiful however, one of the rails to support the bed came with no holes drilled into it. I called the support number on the instructions and it was in a different language. I called Joss & Main directly but they would not promise help for 48 hours. I ended up drilling the holes myself which was not easy but at least I was able to construct it and not go through the ladder of boxing the whole thing up. I do not know if this was isolated but the lack of customer care was very disappointing.
