I ordered 4 sets of 2 chairs and 1 set has the 2 chairs damaged: - the first one is missing 1 of the 4 screw under the seat (picture 1) and has the wood part damaged (picture 2 and 3) - the second one is missing the plastic base of the legs (picture 4)

Here's the deal. The look is 5/5. I love the way they fit with my round pillar table. So points for that. But... 2 of 4 arrived damaged. The packaging was just foolish. Allmodern handled it with a discount, which I appreciate. The manufacture wanted me to return the damaged ones. No way am I returning something like this, and swapping just the broken part wasn't an option for some reason. There were two shipments. One was damaged in each... I'm not wasting my time playing the return-deliver-return-deliver game. So, thank you, AllModern. But boo to the manufacturer.
