The chair itself is extremely comfortable. Unlike other ergonomic chairs, the design and color are absolutely perfect. It offers plenty of features and adjustments, making it easy to dial in the perfect posture. However, whether the factory was backed up at the time or I was just unlucky, the first unit arrived with quite a few scratches, so I had to get a replacement.
