The chairs arrived quickly and in very good condition. They are solid wood and extremely heavy. They are also larger than we’d hoped for and super straight-backed with no lumbar support (obvious, I know, but had the seats been less deep, it would’ve made all the difference). We paid the $70 to return them as they just were too uncomfortable for us. Return process has been disconcerting. FedEx confirmed return happened yesterday. However, we have received zero communication from AllModern/Wayfair that the return was received and process for refund is underway. Website indicates refund is initiated upon scan of return. Called and was told it takes 3-5 days for refund to process. Zero communication from AllModern/Wayfair. Really hoping this is t going to turn into a nightmare. I should’ve known better as I’ve had issues with Wayfair returns in the past. Buyer beware!
