I ordered the light grey couch and just got it today; so far it’s great! The fabric is soft and the perfect color for my space. the cushions are firm but comfortable enough to want to lounge on it. The seat depth too is great if you want to lay flat and not fall off when you want to roll over. I had the White Glove Delivery option and it was super easy, and on time!

The delivery team did a great job and the item came better than expected initially. It looked and felt great! After about 3 weeks the cushions started pilling a significant amount and now it looks pretty cheap. Despite only moderate use through a few months it unfortunately feels cheaper than expected or compared to similar models viewed in store at the Wayfair showrooms. A bit disappointed. Had high hopes for this couch
