5 stars!! This chair is so unbelievably comfortable. The seat is substantial enough that you can pull your legs up on it or of course recline it back. The leather is a beautiful light brown color that is very true to the photos (it is not grey at all, I’m glad I took a chance and went off the photos not the description of the color which is inaccurate). We bought the Flexsteel Elara Recliner chair and recliner couch. They have higher seats which I wanted to take the pressure off my feet in the evening. The leather looks good and I like the Carmel brown color it does look darker if there isn’t much light in the room. They are very comfortable - a little firmer than our previous 25 year old Smith Brothers couch, but it’s new and should give a bit in time. The leather is not as supple as our previous couch. The leather does scratch easily, but so far I can rub it out with a damp finger. Cat claw punctures are noticeable. I’ll have figure out some way for her to jump up without using her claws. The reclining feature works great too, so comfortable. Delivery had to be rescheduled and was a little irritating but when they delivered they did a great job - very efficient. The delivery truck is huge/tall it took a branch off one of our trees. Make sure you have outlets close for reclining. I am having trouble figuring out what to use as a coffee table because when they recline they move mostly forward?
