Arrived completely damaged. A huge gash on the side and all but two of the drawers are completely disconnected on the inside so they have completely collapsed. I do not blame shipping as the box looked like it had barely been touched. This is simply horrible construction. Very disappointing.

Arrived damaged, particle board. Drawers were coming off tracks beause the wood on drawers waa so thin thet used tint screws that popped off during shioping

Really disappointed in the quality of the dresser. Flimsy drawers, don’t close properly. The 3 rd drawer is a great idea but the bottom was crooked and it didn’t sit flush. Definitely not worth the money. Returned it.

so i've had this dresser for a year, although when i bought it, it was called 'the holford 6 drawer.' i'm writing this review for 2 reasons: 1. i'm thinking of buying a second one because i have way too many clothes, and the drawers aren't as deep as you'd want, and 2 because of a question in the Q&A section asking about the third drawer down. if you're wondering why i would buy a second dresser when the one i have doesn't have the deepest drawers, it` the reply says all of the drawers are the same. THAT IS NOT TRUE. that third drawer is one of the biggest selling points for this chest, so i'm kind of surprised the photos don't feature it at all. that third drawer is actually an accessories drawer. it's meant to house and display your jewelry, watches, sunglasses, belts, etc. and it's PERFECT! my friends' jaws are on the floor when i'm getting ready and i pull that drawer out with all of my earrings, rings bracelets and necklaces beautifully displayed. it's the coolest thing, and puts a tiny little smile on my face every time i use it. the rest of it is nice and sturdy, and i've not had any problems with it coming apart, etc, like the other reviewer stated. again, i bought it last october, so it being dec 2020, i've had it for just over a year and never had a problem. other notes: the exterior IS noticeably rough, and any smooth, silky items will catch on it. so do not plan on storing undies or lingerie in this, because they will snag on the exterior. everybody mentions how heavy it is, and they do not lie. even with a dolly, it is not something you'll be moving a lot. plan on where you want it, and expect it to stay there for a very very long time. the only minus for me is the rough exterior. otherwise it'd be five stars.
