Artemi 4 - Drawer Dresser

Looks totally gorgeous online. The golden oak color was what I needed to complement golden oak trim and built-in shelves. The item was described as solid and manufactured wood. However in person the color is a cool light brown leaning green that resembles no natural wood I've ever seen, and none of the wood looked or feels solid to me - it all seems manufactured. The drawer bottoms are so thin that I could not believe they would hold my winter clothing. Hard no, especially for the price I paid. This was a big disappointment as I spent many hours hunting for the right piece and splurged to get it. AllModern/Wayfair need to provide accurate listings! The one positive is that the return is easy (for a $150 charge).

Exactly what I expected to be. The quality matched the cost. No defects. I appreciate the dovetail joints on the drawers. Very minimal assembly.

Really a beautiful piece from Safavieh Couture. Comes assembled other than legs and they’re just held on by a few bolts each. Drawers glide smoothly and overall this feels like a high end piece of furniture. Top drawer has felt lining. You won’t regret buying it!

This is an absolutely beautiful piece. It’s super sturdy and was so simple to put together. Only had to add the legs. But it is also very heavy to move even with two people. The top drawer has a velvet liner. Despite it being a “lingerie chest”, my hubby is using it as his dresser. We both love it!
