The exterior of the dresser is nice. However, the interior is poor quality. The base of each drawer seem to be glued with grayish color over it. I am not happy with it. This is an expensive drawer built poorly.

After purchasing the nightstands and chest for this set, I waited months for the dresser to come back in stock in white and I’m pretty disappointed. The interior of the drawers is basically spray painted, not polished MDF like the chest, the drawers do not open and close as smoothly as the other pieces, and there is woodpaint chipping in a few of them as well. It’s not worth the hassle of going through a return, but this dresser was not up to usual All Modern standards. It seems like a different company entirely made it in comparison to the other pieces.

Pros Pros is the best word to describe the delivery team! Not only did the dresser arrive quickly, the delivery team was amazing. I live on a steep hill, and they didn’t even grimace at the steps they’d have to carry the dresser. They even offered to bring it inside! Then, they unpackaged the dresser and hauled the debris away! Wow!! If I could, I’ve give the review five stars for the delivery. Another pro is the look of this piece. It’s genuinely beautiful and a great blend of modern with a softer, perhaps more feminine, touch. Cons I should have listened to the other reviewers who said the drawers are shallow and don’t fully open. They were right. If you don’t need to fill your dresser, this might work for you. However, if you need this large piece to also be fully functional, this one, sadly, is not it. I’ve posted photos of the drawer liner I had in my previous dresser (from the big flat box blue and yellow store) showing how small these new drawers are (dressers are the same size except my legacy piece is one inch deeper overall, that’s all the difference). Even my organizers inside the drawer only fit horizontally not vertically, and render the one in back nearly impossible to reach. I’m still debating if I’ll keep this dresser. I love the look, but without inviting Marie Kondo herself to my house, this dresser cannot replace the more functional one I already own.
