Disaster. Only 3 if the 4 boxes arrived. Ended up having to ship the 3 boxes back. This bed was then out of stock. Against my better judgment, ordered a different 2000 bed. Now it is inexplicably delayed even though the Wayfair listing said ‘in stock and available for shipping’. If B I ever get by this sorted out, I will think long and hard about ordering any significant purchase from Wayfair. Started this process well in advance of my move date so I would have a bed in my new place. Well … I’m sleeping on a mattress on the floor thanks to Wayfair.

Excellent bed, LARGE, very sturdy, looks timeless yet contemporary with its feet. My only negative points are that due to the price I would expect it to be absolutely perfect, but my queen-sized mattress (Casper) can't seem to fill in the space, so no matter how you put it, there are areas where you can see the slats underneath. Also, it's hard to get the wraparound fabric to lay perfectly straight all the time, so it doesn't look as neat as it should. But so far (it's only been a week or so), those are my only issues with an otherwise really great quality bed.

My comments refer to the service provided, not to the bed itself which appears to be fine. As I am a designer and hold a trade account, I believe that better delivery service should be provided. The options were to drop at closest entry, or to bring to room of choice. I selected room of choice, expecting that it would be set up in the room of choice, not just dropped off. I received a notification to confirm the delivery date that was selected by the company. As I am in Florida, and the bed was going to my customer in New York, I needed to coordinate with my assistant before confirming, but before I could do so I received a notification that the bed had just been delivered! I called the building concierge and was told it was left in the mail room, still in boxes, not even brought up to the proper apartment. This was unacceptable service. I would gladly pay extra for a set-up, but was not given the choice, and the fact that I hadn't confirmed a delivery date made the whole process more difficult, not less. I think professional accounts should be treated professionally, making our job easier. This added time and unnecessary expense, and I would hesitate to order from this site again.
