The bookshelf itself is fine. The delivery and assembly experience was terrible. The delivery guys dropped a heavy box saying that assembly was later. After couple of back and forth texts with the company, assembly crew came a week later and not only did a poor job, they “forgot” to install the adjustable feet and left scratches all over the unit. I ordered many pieces before and I’ve never had such a disappointing experience.
