Product is very high-quality. The woodgrain is beautiful and is sure to hide anything that I can do to it. I am very rough on furniture. The drawers are huge and glide very easily. It is perfect.

We purchase the matching dresser. Using as nightstands in a large bedroom, do fills the space very nicely very well made.

Love this Bernhardt set. Very classic. Bernhardt is heavy duty quality. But one of the chests arrived with damage to the corner of the chest. And guess what - no more availability. This when I also had delivered the bed and dresser. It was an hour and a half dealing with Wayfair customer service. Love the product - Wayfair customer support - not so much!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with a recent order delivery. The package arrived damaged, and it was apparent that no effort was made to unpack or inspect the item properly upon delivery. The delivery personnel simply dropped the item in the designated room and left without ensuring its condition. Additionally, my original order was canceled due to me placing the order on a different computer. When wayfair attempted to reorder, the new order seemingly did not include the setup service I initially requested. I have contacted Wayfair customer service regarding these issues but found the assistance provided to be unhelpful. Based on my experience, it appears that Wayfair may be sending out scratch-and-dent inventory and then attributing responsibility for the damage to the customer, which raises concerns about transparency and customer care. I would appreciate your prompt attention to this matter, including clarification on your policies regarding damaged goods, the availability of setup services, and how Wayfair ensures the quality of delivered items.

Comes 95 assembled. Looks beautiful in person. No soft close though. Other than that, Id recommend.
