It was missing one of the rubber washers but everything else was as described and beautiful.

I really am happy with this purchase. It's a lovely modern take on an umbrella stand. I also use it to keep our walking sticks handy. The bottom of the stand is a divided very heavy ceramic type of material that weights the base to keep the whole thing from tipping over. Easily wipes clean. The upper collar is painted metal, that also has two small hooks to hang up the small foldable umbrellas. Stylishly serves it's purpose!

Best umbrella stand out there, hands down. Many compliments on it - which says something given these typically go unnoticed.
