I find it unacceptable that a table at this price point would have a damaged top that was repaired with wood putty. If not for this issue, I would have been very satisfied. Solid wood, robust, good quality...HEAVY! In fact, too heavy for me to even consider returning. Will live with the damage, though I hope Wayfair feels inclined to compensate me in some way.

The first one was damaged slightly on the size when we opened it. All modern sent us another one for free! Great customer service. ‘The reason I gave it 4 stars is simply because it’s a little pricey. Other than that we love it!
