I have always been satisfied with AllModern. Their products are well described if you compare with what you receive. The chairs look exactly as I wished. The cushion is a bit hard but will probably soften with time, the wheels are good and the assembly super easy. Not too bulky, ideal for home office or smaller desks.

This chair is great in terms of cost and attractiveness; it's scores a little bit lower on the comfort - seat is little to no cushioning and seat back sticks into your spine when you lean back! I am returning it for a full refund.

Exactly as pictured and a good value. The seat is on the firm side as some reviewers noted but works for me in my home office. I am a petite-framed person so I have plenty of room in the chair but it might be too small if you are a taller or larger-framed individual.
