Delivery was great, packing Material was exceptional.

Very solid, well-constructed bed! Only concern is that the finish is darker than in the photos.

First of all the delivery service was A-1 and I didn't order White Glove or anything special. The whole delivery process was seamless. I was notified of a day with a 4 hour window and the delivery people called 30 minutes ahead, took the 3 boxes into my house where I asked and were gone. The platform bed was everything my wife had hoped for. My wife of course thought it was beautiful whereas I was most impressed with how sturdy and well constructed it was. Yes there some assembly but it very straightforward and easy. Now here's a big deal to my wife and I. We had asked the AllModern people to see if the bed would accept an adjustable base frame. I never could get an answer so just hoped it would work with one. We were so happy that the adjustable base fit very well. Just enough room between the adjustable base and wood frame to operate nicely. I would say there's at least a 1" clearance around the adj base. We are really going to enjoy this bed. I hope this review helps....especially the part about the adjustable base! FYI....the reason we went through with the purchase was because of another review that mentioned an adjustable base.

Great bed. The white glove service was amazing. Can’t wait to finish decorating our bedroom.
