The chair is everything I hoped for. It doesn’t look like a recliner, it is not large, the upholstery is very well done and the fabric is the color described. Mechanical movement is smooth. I highly recommend this recliner if you’re looking for a reasonable small footprint

I love the quality and materials of this recliner. It is such an elegant chair. It fit my 5-4 frame well, but the back of the chair was not tall enough for my 6 foot husband to rest his head.

Chair has a cracked arm that I didn’t notice until it was put together. Then it split wide open. Trying to return but customer service is non existent. I read a similar review but bought it anyways. Live and learn.

The look is wonderful, solid and feels well made. It would be nice if you had the option to only lift the foot rest… but still comfortable

I did not realize this chair would have a cord (my fault for not paying enough attention to the "power" recliner part), and it arrived with a broken arm/leg/side. I do like look of the chair and once we tried to fix the broken arm to see if it was comfortable to sit in, we realized it really was comfortable. We are working with the manufacturer to see if we will get a replacement or a partial refund.
