So beautiful and super solid construction!

The bed is beautiful and in good condition except for a scratch (3 scratches, actually) on one leg. I was disappointed that with white glove service the delivery staff didn't inform my husband (I was on the phone when they left) that there was a scratch on the leg of the bed. I took photos and have been trying to notify customer service, but their directions say to go to your orders, select the order, and select "problem with my order" but there is no such selection available. I've been at this for over 30 minutes. It shouldn't be this hard. Every other communication was flawlessly impeccable, better than I expected and would think to ask for. Maybe just a little tweak to report issues with delivery more easily? A link from your delivery confirmation would be great! I'm hoping I can get this fixed painlessly.

This bed is TERRIBLY designed, and extremely cheap quality for what we paid. There are slats that go across the entire frame that are difficult to install, since it involves reaching into the middle of the bed frame to screw them in place. The center supports are made of terrible quality wood, and within a week of sleeping on it 2 of the 3 supports had fallen because the screw had ripped the wood out of the screw hole, making it smooth so we couldn’t just screw it back in. Also, that is NOT enough support for the middle of the bed. Customer support was no help because it had been more than 30 days since it had been delivered (we delayed setting it up because we were moving). Please save yourself the money and the trouble.

Exactly what I was looking for!

Beautiful furniture, study, with only a challenge to get the middle support beam positioned and attached the the mattress support slates. The beam does not attach to the headboard or footboard and it is a balancing act to hold the foot under the slate and insert the bolt from the top to secure then both. If I have large hands it would present a significant problem. Attthem and then place the entire slate piece into the bed frame is impossible alone, and would be difficult getting the slate in the correct angle to get past the top of the bed frame and seated on the proper side rails. Everything was very well packaged for shipping.
