ALMODERN made it possible for me to salvage good parts from the two damaged units so I could fabricate ONE almost perfect unit. THE PROBLEM occurred at the manufacturer's end. I recently discovered AllModern had a physical store near me. One of the items I was in love with online was the Leander console. It just oozes classy MCM vibes. The store actually did not have it on display the day I went, but seeing the quality, I felt confident in ordering the Leander. It was delivered a few days later and I couldn’t be more pleased. It is elegant and beautiful, but also solidly built. The drawers open smoothly, the doors align perfectly and there is nary a flaw. Everything I purchased from AllModern seems to have come triple wrapped, and it surprised me that a company would take that much care in the shipping of their products. Hello, beautiful piece, love the look and quality. However, it came with no owner's manual and it appears to have built in lights that we have no idea how to get working. The light aspect was not even part of the product details when purchased. It is a nice perk, but need to know how to actually be able to get them to be functional.
