Stools look terrific, but not sure they will stand the test of time given the assembly. A few small bolts holding them together. Also, worth noting that anyone more than probably 200 pounds would not be able to squeeze into the seat. I’m an average sized 190 lb. athletic build and barely fit. Purchased for a client's kitchen and it is exactly as pictured. Comfortable to sit in, with a firm upholstery seat. The swivel is not too "loose" which means that the seat stays put when you're getting in and out. The seat swivels with just the right amount of effort and the base does not extend past the seat when turned, so no uncomfortable pokes to the legs.
