The classic sling chair gets a grand, elevated look. The solid wood frame is shaped, curved, and smoothed on all edges. The cushioned seat and back are upholstered in our heirloom leather. Sourced from one of the oldest family-owned tanneries in Italy’s Bassano del Grappa, heirloom leather is salvaged and processed from upcycled hides featuring an abundance of natural markings, scars, and color variations. The result: Beautifully supple, buttery soft hides with an unmatched depth of color and richness, and an authentic lived-in look.

This chair is very comfortable. I must admit, I bought this originally solely due to the look of it with no expectation of using it often. It fit perfectly for what I was going for in my space. I now sit in it daily due to how comfortable it is. This also feels like it has a bit of sophistication to it. Now if only I had many leather-bound books and my apartment smelled of rich mahogany.
